Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026
Heddleworks Inc. (“Heddleworks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
When you engage with us — through this website, a sales conversation, a proposal, or a business introduction — we may collect business contact information such as your name, job title, company name, business email address, and business phone number. We do not knowingly collect personal information unrelated to a business relationship.
2. How we use your information
We use business contact information to respond to inquiries, develop proposals, deliver services, and maintain business relationships.
3. Sharing with Ecosystem Partners
Heddleworks works alongside a number of technology platform providers, software vendors, and strategic alliance partners (“Ecosystem Partners”) to deliver joint solutions and pursue shared business opportunities. Where an opportunity is pursued jointly with, or referred to, one or more Ecosystem Partners, we may share your business contact details (name, title, company, business email, and business phone number) with the relevant Ecosystem Partner, solely for the purpose of progressing that opportunity.
We provide notice of this practice at the point we collect your information — verbally during a sales conversation, in writing in correspondence or proposal documentation, or through this Privacy Policy. Where required by applicable law, we obtain your explicit consent before sharing your information with an Ecosystem Partner.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Your choices
You may object to your business contact information being shared with an Ecosystem Partner, or request that we delete information we hold about you, at any time by writing to ethics@heddleworks.ai.
5. Data protection compliance
We handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as applicable.
6. Data retention
We retain business contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain the business relationship, and for a reasonable period thereafter in accordance with our internal data retention practices.
7. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold, consistent with our internal Information Security Policy.
8. Cookies and analytics
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first measurement service. It does not use cookies and does not track you across websites; it collects aggregate information such as page views, referrers, and device type. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking scripts. If you contact us through the form on this site, we store the details you submit so we can respond.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
